Devon Anglin, the man charged with the murder of 4-year-old Jeremiah Barnes makes his third court appearance today (11 March).
Anglin has not made a plea as yet, but he now has a lawyer.
A QC from England, who is associated with the Clyde Allen Firm, will represent Anglin. QC Alastair Malcolm has represented other defendants in other high profile cases in Cayman before.
Devon Anglin is due back in court next Thursday, 18 March. His lawyers say they hope to set a preliminary inquiry date by then, but the prosecution has to disclose its case to them before that can happen.
